Things to Consider For Moving IN or OUT


We have much to think about and to consider in transferring our locations. It might be from work or residence. How it will affect your time or lifestyle where you’re  to be now.  Being with your family and friends, transport needs to work or home will bring new set up and a brand new adjustments.  But to start with, is how to transfer your personal and home belongings.

First of all, we should take the consideration of the location. What type of building are you staying for the moment or the place to transfer, whether it is an HDB, Condominium or landed house. From there we can we imagine what we have to consider starting with the timing of move in or out. There are some condo building which has a vertical limit at the parking areas and we need to check what size of the vehicle we need to send and/or how things to be brought out of the building like using the lift or by stairs. Timing is really important especially with the condominium policies that they mostly allow moving in and out from their building within office hours that the tenants has usually got conflicts due to their job schedules. Most importantly is you need to secure a permit from the building management especially to the condominiums for move in or out or else, no moving will happen.

Secondly, we should see and assess our things or items to be transported. Of course, we need to take or choose the way we can transport  things in a less stress or the easiest way to transfer. After packing all your items, transporting and unpacking and arranging all your items is really tiring besides from adjusting to the new environment and to new house mates. REMOVAL SERVICES:


Carton Boxes



Sales of new / used carton boxes

Size in inches = 18 Length x 14 Height x 14 Width

Size in cm= 45 Length x 35 Height x 35 Width

Double wall, New = $3.50 per carton

Double wall, Used = $2.50 per carton




TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1.     For deliveries to your door step = minimum 20 pieces
  2.     For deliveries for less than 20 cartons, delivery will be charged at $20
  3.     Sizes for used cartons may vary from time to time, subject to what we have available.
  4.     Packing tapes are not included.

Sales   of   Trolleys





Size of plank in inches = 32 Length x 24 Breadth x 0.6 Thickness

Height of wheel in inches = 4 Height






2 lives wheels; 2 straight wheels = $120 per trolley

4 lives wheels = $140 per trolley

Additional charge for carpet = $30

A. Van and driver to drive only = $40 per hour
B. Van and driver + 2 man to help moving = $80 per hour



OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
  • Additional charges for house not on a lift level = $10 per level per mover
  • Additional charges after 5pm = $10 per hour per mover
  • Additional charges for extra point if duration of move is less than 1 hour = $10 per point per mover
  • Additional charges for holidays = $10 per mover


Lorry  Removal  Service




Lorry Loading Area in feet = 10 Length x 5 Width x 7 Height

Lorry Loading Area in metre = 3 Length x 1.5 Width x 2.1 Height

 


A. 10 foot box lorry and driver to drive only = $60 per hour
B. 10 foot box lorry and driver + 2 man to help moving = $100 per hour

C. 10 foot box lorry and driver + 3 man to help moving = $130 per hour

D.  10 foot box lorry and driver + 2-3 man to help moving = $300 per TRIP

OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
  • Additional charges for house not on a lift level = $10 per level per mover
  • Additional charges after 5pm = $10 per hour per mover
  • Additional charges for extra point if duration of move is less than 1 hour = $10 per point per mover

PROVISION OF MANPOWER FOR INTERNAL SHIFTING/ARRANGEMENTS

2 MANPOWER - $80 PER HOUR
EXTRA PERSON TO HELP - ADDITIONAL $30 PER HOUR


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* Packing material, e.g., string wrap and opp tape will be provided f.o.c.
* Insurance not inclusive in quotation, please check with your own insurance company if coverage is required.
* moving is at customer's own risk. If there are any damages or lost items, whatever can be repaired will be repaired. No replacement of broken items will be provided. Our maximum compensation per job is $50.
* We do not include bubble wraps, corrugated paper and certain packing materials. If required, customers will have to purchase otherwise.
* Payment only in cash.
